Apple reported a record fourth-quarter iPhone revenue of $57.58 billion, up 17 percent from the same period last year, according to its earnings report released Monday. The company did not release a standard iPhone model in its latest refresh.

The iPhone 18 lineup launched in September and included a pricier iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max. Apple also raised prices on its older models at the same time. The report does not include preorder sales of the iPhone Duo, Apple's first folding phone.

Apple CEO John Ternus told CNBC that the company saw higher memory costs than in the previous quarter. He said those costs were partly offset by inventory carried forward and lower costs on non-memory components.

Apple reported total revenue of $114.5 billion, up 12 percent. Mac revenue rose 24 percent to $10.79 billion. Services revenue, which includes App Store commissions and subscriptions, reached $31.57 billion. iPad revenue fell 10 percent to $6.23 billion.

According to the report, the iPhone Duo had limited availability at launch, and some estimated shipment dates extend into 2027.
